this kind of instruction is concerning about the bank to bank , when pay ,accept or negotiate .

it is not your business really . do not care this kind of instruction, since you are not working in the bank .

if you are interested in the Letter of Credit , please go over the ucp600 , not ucp500 . it will help you a lot , but it is not easy for you . frank speaking that .
