SBD series riot mode LED of street lamps can fit for industry standard MT221-2005( the coal mine used riot lamp) and has design the newest riot street lamps. This product use the high quality and big power LED to be the light that has long life, safety function, high brightness, small power loss, lower working temperature, using voltage range and don’t need to maintain. It can fully instead of the other mode street lamp that is the newest mode and can suitable use in the easy inflammable and riot environment of oil, chemical and pit.

Saving the electric
SD series riot mode LED of street lamp is very low power loss that is only 10~20% of traditional light. The DGS18/127LA street lamp mode has low power loss than 18W and the brightness is equal to 150~200W of old street lamp. This product only use lower 12W power and the brightness is equal to 100W old ones.
Long life, no maintain and high safety
We use the famous( Prolight Opto ) and high quality LED product to be the light that has 80000 hours of life, don’t need to change the bulb, keep working 24 hours, don’t need to maintain. It solves the old lamp of frequently change the bulb issue and improve the safety function of low working temperature.

Those series products are designed with meticulously and individual, rationalization structure, use specially aluminum alloy at once die-casting technology. It has beautiful shape, small volume and weight, riot, avoid attack and shake, can endure moist and hot, sealing well and already got the new mode patent approved.

Traditional street lamps will use incandescent and high voltage sodium lamp. It will reduce the strength when working in burning environment and damage the bulb very easy by slight shake. Those lamps are very easy to give out heat, over temperature, burning to be carbon black in the glass lampshade that will hard to clear and effects the pervious light. The normal lamp is very sensitive to the power and voltage. When you reduce the voltage, the luminescence will change and illuminance will reduce, too. If you add the voltage that luminescence will increase, but the bulb life will reduce. The LED is the newest lamp that have high luminescence, long life (100000 hours), low power loss, can endurce attack and shake. The LED light can solve the traditional lamp problems: ① bad luminescence ② bad anti-seismic, short life, frequently change bulb ③ hard to set up and maintain ④ voltage effects easily and illuminance instable ⑤ can’t focus on luminescence and automatic to cut off the power supply.
