Processing  Procedure

The unprocessed food grains are cooking after washing the rice,soaking, supporting the material ,feeding the material.

The time of soaking is 3 hours.

The time of cooking is 40 minuters.

Former district pressure is 0.04 , 0.05 , 0.06 , 0.05 Mpa.

Temperature : first district is 100℃ ,second district is 105℃ , third district is 105℃,fourth district is 110℃ ,Finish cooking and stew air-cooledly loose .Then dry .

The time of drying is 33 minutes .

Press temperature warmly :115℃,120℃,130℃,120℃,95℃,85℃.

Cool ,crumple ,screen ,packing in process after drying.
