660-1,2 Rigid Mica Material for Heating Equipment

 

1.  Scope

    These products are made from mica which bonded with silicon resin binder to form figid sheet under heat and press ure.
    These products have unique temperature resistance,excellent dielectric properties and mechanical properties.
    The product are used for various insulation for domestric appliances e.g, toaster,fan for cold and hot wind, electrithermal pot and hair-drier ect.
     The products approved by "UL" in the USA, No.:E115763(S).

2.  Classification

3.  Technical Requirments

3.1  Form
    The mica sheet shall be of uniform hardness, free from delamination, blister and foreign matter.
3.2  Size
     The size of sheet shall be in accordance with the standrad value in Table, or subject to agreement between supplier and purchaser. The tolerance for a thickness which lies mid way between the listed thickness equals that of thd thicker one.
