The main materials for Filter Discs include S.S. woven wire mesh , S.S. sintered web, black wire cloth,phosphor bronze mesh and brass wire mesh etc, It is divided into round, rectangle, hoop and ellipse etc according to the outline, the frame can be S.S. ,alumimium and nickled, copper, the filter have single layer and multi-layer, Above all depends on the requirement of our customers.
Filter Media: Filter media for Filter Cloth Packs include stainless steel sintered fiber web, stainless steel weaving wire mesh, welded mesh,Duch weave mesh and copper wire mesh.
Shapes & Lining: Filter cloth packs can be single or multi-layered. Filter cloth packs come in different shapes, including round, square, oval and kidney-shaped. Lining material can be alunium, stainless steel, nickel coated copper, etc.
Application: Filter Cloth Packs are mainly used in filtration of polyester film and spinning in chemical fiber industry.
