Main functions
1.Receive GPS satellite signal for locating the orientation of the target object (e.g. vehicle)

2.Send the orientation data to the control centre via GSM network, or sending the date to internet by GPRS or CDMA network (need insert a SIM Card into the mainframe and initialize it firstly) 

3.Receive controlling and setting command from monitoring center

4.Send alarm information to the monitor center and support two external alarms button

5.Support remotely shut off of the oil and electricity of the vehicle, thereby remotely control the vehicle

6.Support remote setting data-sending frequency of the vehicle by monitor center

7..Monitor center can remotely set the phone number which will be permitted to call by the mainframe

8.Support point to point control, point to group control, group to group control,
