Property：

Amorphous red powder/ingot, When heated, it turns to crystal and turns into during the long term storage. The S.G.of Crystalloid Selenium powder is 4.5g/cm³, with M.P.of 685℃; Amorphous selenium will soften at 40℃ and melt at 217℃. Crystalloid selenium with property of semiconductor is dissoluble in strong nitric and alkali. Selenium can be alloyed with silver, copper, zinc and lead, low toxicity.

Used in pharmaceutical,  chemical, glass, electronic, metallurgy, ceroscopy industry.
