The valve hydraulic test benches of JWZ series are used to perform intensity test and leakage test of all kinds of DN15-DN1000 flanged valves,such as gate valves,ball valves,globe valves, check valves etc. The test bench is effectively composed of four parts,that is,mechanical system,hydraulic system,electric system and testing media cycling system. The entire process of the emplacing and clamping of the tested valve is completely controlled by electric components and hydraulic components.
The most important characteristic of this series test benches is: the benches have no effect of external force upon the tested valve body, because the clamping jaw clamps directly on the flange of the valves. One side of the benches can be moved, thus the testing performance wont be restricted by the structural length of the tested valves. When testing valves, clamp the flange on the both sides of the valves, pressurize to the necessary pressure value, then perform the intensity test for the body, bonnet and middle flange of the valves. The other side of the benches can be reversed by 90 degrees to perform leakage test and air tightness test
