产品备注: Our modified starch can be applied in instant noodle, dried noodles, wet noodles, rice noodle, rice products, fast frozen food, jam, sauce, salad, oyster oil, fishball, meat products, juice, beer, bakery food, snack food, yoghurt, candy, cheese, canned food, flour (improver or carrier of improver), bean paste, gourmet powder, pudding, shredded seafood, boiling dumpling, etc. Modified starch is used as a thickening agent, stabilizer, or an emulsifier. It has a good stability against excessive heat, acid, shear, and freezing. And the gelatinization time could be changed. Some changes in gel strength, flow properties, colour, clarity, stability of the paste. Modified starch shows properties such as reduced gelatinization in hot water and greater stability to acids and alkalis (‘inhibited’ starch); useful where food has to withstand heat treatment, as in canning or in acid foods. Further degrees of treatment can result in starch being unaffected by boiling water and losing its gel-forming properties.
