why

I taught at a elementary school before i came to the university. I am majoring in English and I  want to career in foreign trade after graduation.

but, you know what ?  I found that many companies didn't recruit new man or they make want ads just for advertising. why?

Although I am a hard worker, perfectionist, team player and quick learner as well as I am Adaptable, energetic, honest, punctual and self-motivated. I found it is difficult to get a satisfied job.
