Job Description :
Develop a deep understanding of the business units’ strategy to ensure achieving desired results
Act as a liaison to the business unit(s) to assist locally and to provide detailed market information/trends
Team player, work with engineer to achieve efficient project management results
Supplier Selection: source potential suppliers, negotiate business terms, maintain supplier database to ensure have the vendor base to meet new product requirement / supply base optimization purpose
Supplier Management: manage existing suppliers, help improve suppliers performance, maintain and update supplier database, to achieve delivery of optimized TCO
Effectively communicate with the business units and the suppliers to ensure seamless support
Identify cost reduction opportunities, work with business unit(s) and supplier to implement with favorable PPV results
Identify areas for improvement in process, knowledge sharing with the team

College degree in related field
5+ years sourcing experience in craft field;
Fluent English, MS Office
