senior merchandiser/QC Ningbo

We are South African buying office in Ningbo, the main item is knitted t-shirts and some casual woven shirts.
 
We now need to enroll one senior merchandiser/QC for the Ningbo office.
 
Job descriptions are as below:
1) following up samples (salesman samples, fit samples, PP samples) and production,
2) control the quality and the ensure the delivery of the goods,
3) conducting initial inspections, in-line inspections and final inspections basing on AQL2.5 ,
 
Requirements on candidates are as below:
1) good command of both spoken and written English, need to communicate with headoffice in South Africa,
2) excellent technical knowledge on fabric and garment production,
3) computer literate (Excel,Word,email etc),
4) in case couldn't get comments from headoffice in time,able to prioritise and make independent decisions ,
5) able to travel (mostly in Ningbo region)
6) 5 year experience in similar position,
