工作描述:
* 负责主生产计划,及时反馈正确的信息给客户,保障生产的顺利进行;
* 系统客户订单的输入,并合理安排和控制生产计划,在1个工作日内及时确认客户交期;
* 根据订单状况,销售forecast, 安全库存,产能正确制定并执行MPS;
* 了解生产流程,合理安排机台以达到最佳的产能;
* 及时处理客户的特殊紧急的要求,必要时调整MPS并重新确认交期;
* 监控成品库存,周期性的view & reschedule overdue的订单,每隔2-3个月更改安全库存;
* 参加海外客户每周的电话会议,review总结存在的问题并及时研讨解决方案;
* 对周报,月报案&weekly MPS进行分析,每周出货达成率报告;
* 以公司利益出发处理,客户投诉,索赔等等,及时回馈客户;
* Define master production plan, ensure information satisfied customers firm order & production plan running smoothly;
* Book customer firm order into system, confirm the shipping date for customer inquiry within 1 working day;
* Define MPS according to customer orders, sales forecast, safty stock & capacity constraints by line, follow up the implement of MPS;
* Handle the urgent & special request from customer;
* Monitor Finished goods inventory, minimal & reschedule the overdue orders, update the safety stock every 2 or 3 months;
* Attend weekly conference call with Chicago, Philippines;
* Weekly & Monthly report for analysis of the delivery performance rate(achieve to 95%-98%);
* Handle customer complaints, debit note, feedback improvement action;
二:深圳力特销售办公室(2005.01~~至今)
工作描述:
* 处理客户询盘,根据财务的基本成本和客户谈判价格;
* 订单确认,并准备销售合同的签订;
* 与PC部门跟进并加速生产计划安排的状况,以确保订单按期交货;
* 与其它相关部门协调并跟进验货通知,出货及相关必需的单证(如装箱单,提单,发票,报关单等等),及货款的跟催;
* 巩固旧客户,开发新客户,建立和维持良好的业务关系;
* 相关搜索引擎优化的技巧及在一些知名的B2B外贸网址进行产品推广促销;
* 了解各国外贸交易习惯,谈判风格及基本市场常识;
* Conduct customer's inquiry, and make quotation to customer according to the basic cost from financial department;
* Order confirmation & prepare sales contract for signment;
* Follow up to expedite the production scheduling status with PC department to make sure the orders can be.shipped on time;
* Coordinate with other relative departments to follow up inspection notice, shipments, necessary documents. preparation (such as packing list,B/L, invoice, customs declaration report, etc...), payments accordingly;
* Maintain old clients, explore & develop new clients, extend good commercial relationship with customers;
* Relative SEO sourcing skills & good ability for products promotion in well-known B2B websites;
* Be known about some business custom knowledge & negotiation manners;
* Basic knowledge of Marketing concepts & practices;

* Be strong capacity to ensure the implement of MPS;
* Be excellent of production planning skills & sales experience;
* Extensive communication skills, interpersonal skill, analytical skill & problem solving skill;
* Familiar with lots of well-known B2B business websites & system - Ms office / SAP / ERP / MRP, etc;
* Fluent in spoken & written English, Mandaring & Cantonese;
* Self-confident, tenacious, proactive, capable in learning with team-work spirit;
* Confident in working with other third parties & initiate & drive projects;
